* if goods lost in buyer's country, we would be responsible for buyer's 50% loss,
that is if the buyers ordered 4 pairs, we would resend 2 pairs for free at next order for instance.
By the way, if goods were held by the importer’s customs, we would be responsible for
the loss until 20 days after the day when the goods handed over to the customs
* For following cases, the customers would have to be responsible for the loss by himself:
a, buyer fills in wrong info on order form, thus causing the parcels failed to be successfully delivered
b, the customs of the buyer's country ask for tax , but the buyer does not pay in time
c, buyer doesn’t accept parcel when it arrives at the buyer’s door.
And thus if parcel was sent back to us, we will resend again under the buyer’s request,
but the buyer needs to pay for the shipping fee
Secondly, buyer pays 10% of total payment additionally as shipping insurance but failed to
receive products, then we would take full responsibility and resend the items
